Management Board

The Management Board is the governing body of the Agency. It consists of members appointed by the Parliament.

Director

The Director is the head of the Agency and a member of the Management Board.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing the Agency’s work
    • Making decisions on supervisory matters
  • Appointment: Appointed by the Management Board

Assistant Directors

There are three Assistant Directors, each responsible for specific areas of work. They are appointed by the Director.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Managing their designated area of work
    • Providing recommendations to the Director
  • Appointment: Appointed by the Director

Second Instance Commission

The Second Instance Commission is an advisory body that reviews decisions made by the Agency in first instance.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Reviewing decisions
    • Issuing final decisions
  • Composition: Members appointed by the Management Board

Supervision Committee

The Supervision Committee provides recommendations to the Director on supervisory matters.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Providing recommendations on supervisory matters
    • Supporting the Agency’s work in this area
  • Composition: Members appointed by the Management Board

Resolution Committee

The Resolution Committee provides recommendations to the Director on resolution matters.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Providing recommendations on resolution matters
    • Supporting the Agency’s work in this area
  • Composition: Members appointed by the Management Board
