Management Board
The Management Board is the governing body of the Agency. It consists of members appointed by the Parliament.

Director
The Director is the head of the Agency and a member of the Management Board.

- Overseeing the Agency’s work
- Making decisions on supervisory matters
- Appointment: Appointed by the Management Board
Assistant Directors
There are three Assistant Directors, each responsible for specific areas of work. They are appointed by the Director.

- Managing their designated area of work
- Providing recommendations to the Director
- Appointment: Appointed by the Director
Second Instance Commission
The Second Instance Commission is an advisory body that reviews decisions made by the Agency in first instance.

- Reviewing decisions
- Issuing final decisions
- Composition: Members appointed by the Management Board
Supervision Committee
The Supervision Committee provides recommendations to the Director on supervisory matters.

- Providing recommendations on supervisory matters
- Supporting the Agency’s work in this area
- Composition: Members appointed by the Management Board
Resolution Committee
The Resolution Committee provides recommendations to the Director on resolution matters.
- Responsibilities:
