AML Training Courses Scheduled in Philippines

The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) has announced its schedule of training courses for March 2023 to enhance knowledge and skills on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) among financial institutions.

Course Schedule

The AMLC has scheduled the following training courses:

  • Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing Fundamentals: March 7 and 21
  • AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG): March 15
  • Targeted Financial Sanction (TFS): March 30
  • Sanctions Screening Obligations and Best Practices: March 10

Course Objectives

The training courses are designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.

Online Access

The AMLC has made the training courses available online, free of charge, and can be accessed through its Learning Management System (LMS).

Registration and Requirements

To access the training courses:

  • Create an account in the AMLC LMS
  • Enroll in the available courses
  • Complete all requirements, including a post-test with a score of at least 75%
  • Certificates of attendance will only be issued to duly registered participants who complete all requirements

Important Reminders

  • Participants are responsible for maintaining their own stable internet connection during training sessions
  • Multiple registrations under one email address or registration of one participant under multiple email addresses will not be valid
