The Anguillan Financial Services Commission (FSC) is an autonomous regulatory body, established in 2004, responsible for overseeing all financial services in Anguilla. This inclusive of sectors such as:

History and Mandate

Following the enactment of the Financial Services Commission Act in November 2003, the FSC came into prominence, taking over regulatory responsibilities previously held by the Anguillan government through the Financial Services Department. The commission was formed to:
