ANZ Whistleblower Policy Update: Keeping You Informed
=====================
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we are providing an update on the status of your report, if you have made a report anonymously or not. Please note that in some circumstances, it may not be appropriate for us to provide details about the outcome of the investigation.
Unique Identifier and Liaising with WPO
Each report has a unique identifier, which will enable you to liaise with the Whistleblower Protection Officer (WPO) assigned to your case. This is crucial in seeking feedback on the status or outcome of your report.
Requesting a Review
If you are not satisfied with the investigation and outcome of your report, you may contact the Chief Compliance Officer to request a review. In cases where the WPO assigned to the report is the Chief Compliance Officer, the review will be conducted by the Group General Manager of Internal Audit.
