Violations of Election Campaign Regulations

Article 39: Violation of Regulations and Terms on Holding an Election Campaign or a Campaign in Connection with the Referendum

  • Fines for violating regulations and terms: 25-50 manats

  • Fines for failing to provide opportunities for registered candidates: 150-200 manats (on officials) and 150-90 manats (on legal entities)

    • Destroying or damaging pre-election agitation posters and other similar propaganda materials or preventing a candidate from meeting with the electorate is punishable by a fine of 35-60 manats.

Extension of Deliberately False Information

  • Fines for extending deliberately false information: 20-55 manats

Violation of Rights of Election Committee Members and Observers
