Barbados’ Compliance Professionals Unite: BACP Spearheads Regulatory Awareness

Barbados Association of Compliance Professionals (BACP) was established on April 8th, 2013, with a mission to bolster regulatory awareness in Barbados. As the island’s sole local association for compliance professionals, BACP brings together experts from diverse fields, including:

  • Corporate and trust services
  • Legal services
  • Non-traditional business services

These individuals are bound by regulatory obligations under Barbadian law.
