Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands Prepares to Combat Bank Fraud
As the holiday season approaches, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) is taking proactive steps to educate businesses and residents on how to prevent bank fraud. In collaboration with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service’s Financial Crime Unit and the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce, CIMA will host its 9th annual “Know Your Money” Fraud Prevention Seminar.

Expert Presentations
Representatives from RCIPS FCU and De La Rue, Cayman Islands banknote printers, will lead the presentations. Detective Chief Inspector Richard Barrow, on behalf of RCIPS, emphasized the importance of a collaborative approach in fighting against fraud.
