Compliance Training Program in Palestinian Territory
Acted, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking a Country Transparency and Compliance Officer to strengthen its humanitarian and development work in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in implementing the approved national internal audit plan, conducting internal audit missions through a risk management approach
- Implement Acted’s standard guidelines and FLAT System at the capital, area, and partner levels
- Provide support to mitigate high risks identified and contribute to controlling compliance with country rules and regulations
- Contribute to external audits and due diligence preparation and follow-up
- Conduct training sessions, lessons learned, and best practices to build capacity among local staff
Requirements
- Postgraduate diploma in Audit, Finance, International Relations, Law or a related field
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in audit (external and/or internal), finance, logistics, administration, or law
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Benefits
- Salary between €1600 and €1800 per month, depending on level of education, security level, etc.
- Monthly living allowance of $300
