Job Summary

A leading financial service organization in Barbados is seeking an experienced and qualified Compliance Officer to join their team. As a key member of the company’s compliance department, this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization remains compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combatting the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct AML/CFT compliance reviews
  • Suggest improvements to policies and procedures
  • Ensure the company is fully compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in developing and revising product forms and disclosures
  • Perform compliance audits
  • Maintain an annual compliance audit schedule

Requirements

Education

  • Degree in accounting, banking, finance or a related field

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector
