Job Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Compliance Officer, this key role will be responsible for managing compliance programs across St. Kitts and Nevis and Anguilla. The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- ITACAMS Certification or ICA designation
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring continuous monitoring and analysis to satisfy statutory requirements for Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Anti-Terrorism
- Developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures for the operation of the Compliance Programme
- Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and designing and developing risk plans
Ideal Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Legislation and regulatory requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Strong analytical ability
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
