Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of humanitarian management experience or experience in a support function with a good understanding of all three support functions: finance, HR, and logistics
  • Experience in compliance and quality, including an oversight and control role
  • Experience working in complex and volatile environments
  • Sound knowledge of humanitarian accountability principles, norms, and rules
