Key Responsibilities
The appointed individual will conduct regular risk assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and provide recommendations to stakeholders on matters related to compliance. - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for all business units and departments

- Establish measures to ensure the business complies with applicable laws, statutes, and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- A Business degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or Legal, or any relevant commercial qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in legal and/or compliance roles
- Sound knowledge and experience in various legal areas, including:
- Commercial law
- Labor law
- Regulatory compliance
- Risk management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, prioritization, and negotiating skills
- Strong process management skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills
