Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Risk Management and Compliance Officer in the Chief of Staff pillar
- Implement digital solutions for real-time monitoring of compliance activities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy tailored to the specific needs of the Risk Management and Compliance unit, leveraging emerging technologies to optimize risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and mitigation efforts
- Conduct risk assessments, maintain the risk register, support the development and follow-up of risk treatment plans, and integrate compliance analysis, risk assessment findings, and project management activities into comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign existing risk management and compliance processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong skills in digital solutions, data analytics, and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to provide training and support to staff members within the Office of Risk Management and Compliance on the use of digital tools and technologies
