The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Acted’s operations in the country are compliant with international standards, donor guidelines, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Acted’s guidelines and donor regulations
- Develop action plans to mitigate identified risks and provide technical support for external audits and due diligence preparations
- Provide training and capacity-building programs for country staff to improve compliance and internal controls
- Contribute to the development of lessons learned reports and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Postgraduate diploma in Audit, Finance, International Relations, Law or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in audit, finance, logistics, administration, or law
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and writing abilities in English
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability
