Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, public policy, international development, social sciences, or a related discipline
  • Certifications like CPA, ACCA being desirable
  • Solid understanding of policies, regulations, and best practices related to cash transfers, social protection programs, poverty alleviation, or humanitarian assistance

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures for cash transfer programs
  • Analyze complex data, trends, and policy documents related to cash transfers
  • Design policy implementation strategies and monitoring frameworks
  • Draft policy documents, reports, and presentations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including government officials, donors, NGOs, and beneficiaries

Essential Skills


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in developing policies and procedures for cash transfer programs
  • Knowledge of policy implementation strategies and monitoring frameworks
  • Effective communication skills
