Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least two years of experience working in the legal field
  • A bachelor’s degree in law

Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Advising members on their legal obligations under Cambodian labor laws, including those related to:
    • Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
    • National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
  • Keeping members updated on changes to labor regulations
  • Promoting CAMFEBA’s compliance services through various channels
  • Running legal compliance documents
  • Building relationships with relevant government officials
  • Representing CAMFEBA at workshops and meetings
