Key Responsibilities
- Developing and reviewing TRA’s Risk Management Policy in line with government guidelines and international standards

Role Overview
As Chief Compliance Officer for TRA, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with:

- Quality standards
- Procedures
- Adopted non-binding rules
The officer will also develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and provide regular reports to management and the TRA Board on policy implementation and compliance status.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in a relevant field such as economics, actuarial science, accountancy, finance, business administration, taxation, statistics, information technology, or operational research
- Minimum of ten years’ working experience, with at least five years at managerial level
- Excellent English and Swahili language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
