Key Responsibilities

Plan and perform internal audits to verify compliance with donor organization guidelines and other control procedures

Additional Duties

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, auditing or related field

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in program operations, financial management, contracts and grants administration, program management, compliance or related business experience
Experience interacting with senior management and leadership is essential

Skills and Abilities

Excellent computer skills
Strong overall management acumen
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work beyond normal working hours
