Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Monitoring and Remediation

  • Communicate with key departments to collect necessary documents for risk assessment and monitoring
  • Document findings and present them to the business, highlighting trends and potential risks
  • Liaise with Risk Owners to develop short-term and long-term remediation plans
  • Coordinate training on findings identified, including refresher of existing policies

Administrative Support

  • Attend Committee meetings, prepare agendas, circulate presentations, take meeting minutes, and follow up on decisions
  • Align with internal stakeholders and schedule ad-hoc meetings

Controls/Tools

  • Develop control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Revise approval tools considering risks and gaps identified

New Policies

  • Support the roll-out of new policies and guidelines, such as Interactions with Public Officials, Conflict of Interest, Professional Practices Policy, and Anti-Bribery Policy

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A university degree in Business Administration/Political Science and Public Administration/Finance or relevant field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company will be considered a strong asset
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
