Compliance Officer Role in Central African Republic
The African Union is seeking a Compliance Officer to provide support to the policy processes of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) in the Central African Republic. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, law enforcement, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of international humanitarian law and human rights law;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Languages
- Proficiency in one of the AU working languages (English, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, or Kiswahili) is mandatory.
- Fluency in another AU language is an added advantage.
Remuneration
The salary for this position is an annual lump-sum inclusive of all allowances for internationally recruited staff and locally recruited staff. The table below shows the remuneration package:
