The successful candidate will provide critical compliance and integrity-related services to the firm’s legal professionals, support staff, and valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies and implement training courses with colleagues in the Compliance Office
• Refine work processes and design systems to ensure strategic business goals are met while maintaining a strong commitment to integrity
• Analyze relevant laws and regulations to identify opportunities and risks
• Contribute to awareness-raising efforts and advise on annual focus areas

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law or a related field (e.g., criminology)
• Excellent command of English, French, and Dutch
• Strong analytical skills and ability to research and connect complex content and processes
• Change management expertise and experience working in a similar role (preferably with around four years’ tenure)
