Job Summary

A major bank in Myanmar is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory reporting responsibilities are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for disseminating regulatory correspondences, tracking and responding to official communications, and drafting correspondences with regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Disseminate regulatory correspondences throughout the bank
• Track and respond to official communications in a timely manner
• Draft correspondences with regulators on behalf of the bank
• Identify gaps in communication between regulators and the bank
• Track outstanding compliance regulations
• Prepare monthly reports for senior management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
