Job Description

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking a Compliance Officer to join its team in Lilongwe, Malawi. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of financial and operational functions within the Country Operations Management Unit (COMU), ensuring compliance with donor and MSH policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the performance of financial and operational functions within COMU
Ensure compliance with donor and MSH policies and procedures
Identify gaps in control systems and recommend improvements

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related area
Advanced degree preferred

Experience

5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit
Familiarity with USAID, CDC, or other donor rules and regulations is required

Skills

Excellent planning, management, and organizational skills
Professional proficiency in English
Ability to work independently
