Phnom Penh - Mekong Microinsurance Plc., a pioneering microinsurance company in Cambodia, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the crucial role of Compliance Officer. As part of its ambitious business expansion plan, the company is looking for an individual with strong knowledge in Legal and Compliance for Insurance section to join its team.

Responsibilities

• Verify and draft contracts and legal documents
• Provide consultation and advice on laws, regulations, and standards
• Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Act as a representative of the company in legal matters
• Contact governmental units and complete tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Laws or equivalent
• At least one year of experience handling compliance work
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Khmer
