Seeking Chief Risk and Compliance Officer
To address this concern, St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd. is seeking a Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to lead its Enterprise Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation program from both a strategic and administrative perspective.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing and mitigating risk related to enterprise and business exposure
- Evaluating alignment with approved risk strategy and appetite
- Continuously monitoring the risk and control environment to ensure that exposures are kept at acceptable levels
- Leading and monitoring the Risk and Compliance program
- Reporting regularly to the Risk and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors and CEO
- Developing a multifaceted training program for employees and management
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services environment related to banking and/or insurance
- At least 5 years in a senior management role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance or a related field
- Certifications such as ACAMS and FRM or similar qualifications
