Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative regimes in Bermuda

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with compliance activities
  • Identifying and assessing risk exposures beyond financial crime
  • Conducting controls testing
  • Undertaking deep dive risk assessments
  • Monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes
  • Assisting with the annual refresh of the Compliance Plan
  • Ensuring compliance with affiliate requirements
  • Maintaining and reviewing compliance policies and process flows
  • Providing training on compliance matters
  • Preparing papers for Board and Committee meetings
