Georgia’s Office of Portfolio Management Introduces Enhanced Compliance Training Resources

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has launched a new training department within its Office of Portfolio Management, aiming to provide comprehensive compliance training for affordable housing management software, LIHTC/HOME Compliance Manual, and related policies.
