Program Objectives

The “Compliance Officer’s Development Training” is designed to guide financial institutions in developing a dynamic and responsive compliance risk management system that meets the requirements of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). The training will cover topics such as:

Compliance risk management
Compliance function
Compliance program
Organizational structure
Duties and responsibilities of chief compliance officers and board members

Resource Person

Mr. Nomer Crisostomo, a certified public accountant with extensive experience as an internal auditor, chief compliance officer, consultant, and trainer, will lead the discussion.

Training Fee

The training fee is:

P4,800 per participant for members of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP)
P5,300 per participant for non-members
