Annual Compliance Training for University System of Georgia Employees

As part of its ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with federal and state laws as well as institutional policies, the University System of Georgia requires all employees to complete annual training on various compliance topics.

Mandatory Training Courses

The comprehensive program includes a range of modules designed to educate staff members on key issues affecting the higher education sector. The following courses are mandatory for all employees:

  • Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA): Learn about the importance of student privacy and how to handle sensitive information.

Researchers

  • Clery Act Campus Security Authorities (CSAs): Understand your role in reporting crimes on campus.
  • Driver Training: Learn how to safely operate university vehicles.
  • Wex Fuel Card Training: Familiarize yourself with the procedures for using Wex fuel cards.
  • Programs Serving Non-Enrolled Minors: Develop a strong understanding of policies and procedures governing programs that serve minors.
