Compliance Training Resources Available for Georgia Tech Employees

The University System of Georgia and Georgia Institute of Technology are teaming up to ensure that all employees at Georgia Tech uphold their compliance obligations through a biannual training program.

2024 Spring Biannual Compliance Training

The 2024 Spring Biannual Compliance Training is mandatory for all faculty, staff, and students who are active employees as of January 29. The training will be available online at b.gatech.edu/genesis starting February 26.

Training Modules


The 2024 Spring Biannual Compliance Training includes two modules:

  • “2024 Social Engineering Red Flags”: This module aims to educate employees on identifying potential threats.
  • “Identifying Insider Threats”: This module focuses on recognizing and addressing insider threats.

Each module should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. The training is available on both desktop and laptop devices and can be completed at the employee’s own pace.

Important Deadlines


The deadline for completing the training is March 22 by 11:59 p.m. EDT. Failure to complete the training by this deadline may result in disciplinary action from the Institute.
