Compliance Training for Employees in St. Kitts and Nevis

Key Responsibilities
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring continuous monitoring and analysis to satisfy statutory requirements for Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Anti-Terrorism. The officer will:
- Develop policies and procedures for the operation of the Compliance Programme
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability
- Develop corrective action plans
Training Programmes
The Compliance Officer will design and develop training programmes to ensure employees are knowledgeable of and comply with regulations. These training programmes will include: + Conducting compliance training for all employees, agents, and customer service representatives
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- ITACAMS Certification or ICA designation
- At least five years’ experience in a similar capacity with:
- In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Legislation and regulatory requirements
