2023 Annual Compliance Training Reminder
Georgia Employees Must Complete Training by November 30th
Important Deadline: Don’t Miss Out!
The Georgia College & State University Office of Human Resources is reminding all employees, including faculty, staff, and student workers, that it’s time to complete the required Annual Employee Compliance Training. This year’s training focuses on institutional and system policies and procedures, as well as motor vehicle use.
Why is this training important?
- It’s a University System of Georgia requirement for all employees
- Employees who drive on university business must also complete the Motor Vehicle Use Program module
How to access the training:
- Log in to Unify at https://unify.gcsu.edu
- Click on GeorgiaVIEW
- Access using your Unify credentials
- Navigate to the “My Courses” section and select “2023 Required Annual Training”
- Once completed, confirm completion and print a record by clicking on “Grades” in the top menu bar

- Annual Compliance Refresher and Quiz: November 30th
- Submit Motor Vehicle Use Program Driver Acknowledgements to the Office of Human Resources by November 30th
