Enforcement

Fixed Penalty

Consequences

- No proceedings can be instituted against them within 28 days of the date on the ticket.
- They cannot be convicted of the offense if they pay the fine within 28 days.

- Revocation: The Public and Environmental Health (COVID19)(Control Measures)(No. 5) Regulations 2020 are revoked by these regulations.
- Schedules:
- Schedule 1: A template for a ticket that can be issued to an individual.
- Schedule 2: Lists the offenses related to COVID-19 control measures, along with their corresponding fines.
