Important Guidelines for Candidates: Exam Rules and Information
Admit Letter of Examinations
When registering for the exam, you have the option to choose your preferred venue and examination time slot. Once registered, a real-time admit letter will be generated, which can be:
- Saved
- Downloaded
- Printed
- Emailed to your registered email ID
Mobile Phones and Electronic Gadgets
To maintain fairness in the exam, please note that:
- Mobile phones and other electronic/smart gadgets (except calculators) are not allowed in the examination hall.
- Mere possession of a mobile phone or gadget in the exam hall is considered an act of unfair means.
Use of Calculator
You can use battery-operated portable calculators with up to 8 functions and 12 digits. However, attempting to use a calculator with more features or not complying with specifications will be considered using unfair means.
Other Important Rules and Information
Please remember the following:
- Candidates must sign the Attendance Sheet.
- Reach the Examination Venue before the reporting time mentioned in the admit letter.
- No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination venue after the gate closing time.
- Candidates cannot leave the exam hall in the first 60 minutes from the scheduled start time.
- Occupate the seat mentioned against each subject in the Admit Letter.
Rules and Penalties for Misconduct/Unfair Practices
To maintain fairness, please note that:
- Communication of any sort between candidates or with outsiders is not permitted during the examination.
- Copying answers from other candidates, printed/electronic material, or permitting others to copy will be considered an act of serious misconduct.
Violating these rules can lead to penalties, including being reported to your employer.
