Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
- Develop and implement administrative control procedures to prevent fraud and mismanagement.
- Supervise Implementing Partners, including selection, due diligence, financial advisory contracting, monitoring, and training.
- Provide technical assistance and capacity building to Implementing Partners.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with 2 years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, University degree in the above fields with 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience:
- Experience in IOM administrative and financial management, budget monitoring, cash management, and internal control procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of internal control procedures to prevent fraud and mismanagement.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written) and working knowledge of Somali is an advantage.
