Notable Achievements

  • Egmont Group Best Case Competition: Captured 2nd place out of 47 countries.
  • Confiscation Order: Obtained a confiscation order for US$21 million in the case of David Smith/Olint.
  • Money Laundering Convictions: Secured money laundering convictions in the case of David Smith/Olint.
  • Production Order Application: Made its first application to the Supreme Court for a production order without being represented by the Crown.
