As part of the initiative, the FSF has published FAQs on its website and established a dedicated phone line (404 5646) to assist industry stakeholders and the general public with any queries or reporting. The organization has also conducted a sensitization campaign, which included:

- Radio clips aired on local channels
- Production of brochures, posters, and infographics
- Billboard campaign throughout the island
Creative Competitions
The FSF has organized several creative competitions to encourage innovation and creativity in financial literacy. These competitions include:
Mobile App Gaming Competition (2021)
