Compliance and Audits
- Coordinate responses to compliance and performance audits conducted by external auditors.
- Investigate and coordinate responses to queries and issues, implementing action plans for gaps identified and finalizing reports.
Financial Audits and Policy Compliance
- Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer regarding compliance financial audits and maintaining a single “Audit Issues Register” for all actions required as a result of weaknesses identified in audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with FRA’s Procurement Plan, Contracts Management Policy, Asset Disposal Policy, Complaints and Requests for Service Policy, and other policy decisions made by the appointed Authority or CEO.
Business Continuity Plans
- Contribute to the formulation and preparation of Business Continuity Plans and operations recovery plans.
