Gabon Introduces Stricter Compliance Testing and Auditing for Imported Products
As of January 1, 2016, all regulated raw materials and products imported into Gabon must meet the stringent requirements of the Agence Gabonaise de Normalisation’s Conformity Assessment Program (PROGEC). This means that all products destined for import into Gabon must undergo a thorough assessment process and be issued with a Certificate of Conformity.
