Guyana has made a significant stride towards enhancing transparency in its extractive industries by enlisting consultants to assist in implementing its Beneficial Ownership Roadmap under the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI).
Consultants Appointed to Assist with Implementation
The Ministry of Natural Resources has appointed three consultants, Diane Barker, Michael Barron, and Tim Law, to help Guyana meet its EITI requirements and 2024 Workplan. These consultants bring extensive experience in the field, having worked globally and in Guyana.
