IBEFORM Issues Terms and Conditions for Upcoming Event
Introduction
IBEFORUM has issued its terms and conditions for the upcoming “Certified in Forensic Accounting” event scheduled to take place from August 2nd to 4th, 2023.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations of registration will incur a 10% administration fee.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be levied if cancellation takes place within nine days (inclusive of business and holidays) of the event date. No credit or refund will be issued for delegates who do not show up at the event.
Event Cancellation/Postponement
- If IBEFORUM cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a 100% credit for the contract fee paid. This credit can be used towards another IBEFORUM event within one year from the date of cancellation.
- Similarly, if IBEFORUM postpones an event and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, they will also receive a 100% credit for the contract fee paid. This credit can be used towards another IBEFORUM event within one year from the date of postponement.
Important Notes
- No credits or refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as specified above.
- IBEFORUM reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability.
Event Details
- Pricing for the event is exclusive of GST/SERVICE TAX, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
- Standard public terms and conditions apply, and courses are conducted in English unless otherwise specified.
Intellectual Property Rights
- The intellectual property rights of the learning materials are owned by IBEFORUM and its expert trainers, and cannot be copied, shared or reproduced without prior written consent.
Health and Safety Policies
- Health and safety policies and procedures must be complied with when attending the event, and breaches may result in suspension or exclusion from the course and premises.
Complaints Procedure
- IBEFORUM has outlined its complaints procedure, which includes submitting enquiries and complaints in writing to complaints@ibeforum.com. Official responses will be made within seven business days of receipt.
Force Majeure Events
- IBEFORUM is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from substitutions, alterations or cancellations/postponements of events due to Force Majeure Events, such as acts of God, war, fire, storm, explosion, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, actual or threatened violence by terrorist groups, newly enacted law or regulation, or any other cause not within the control of IBEFORUM.
