Compliance Training for Lebanese Employees: SGS Introduces Mandatory Programs
In its ongoing commitment to promoting integrity and ethical practices among its workforce, SGS has launched two mandatory training programs for all employees in Lebanon.
Annual Integrity Training Program
The annual Integrity Training Program is an interactive eLearning module designed to reinforce the company’s values and principles. The program includes a quiz, allowing employees to test their knowledge of the SGS Code of Integrity. Through real-life scenarios, employees are encouraged to find solutions and understand the importance of integrity in their daily work.
Mandatory Requirements
- All employees must complete the training program annually
- A record of employee participation is kept
- Each employee must complete a quiz at the end of the eLearning module to receive a certificate of completion
eLearning Program for New Employees
The mandatory eLearning program for new employees provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and values outlined in the Code of Integrity. The training is available in multiple languages and must be completed during the induction period.
- Upon completion, new employees are required to pass a quiz
- A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successful completion
Reporting Suspected Violations
If you suspect any violations of the Code, please report it to SGS’ Integrity Helpline or submit a written report online, by fax, email, or post.
