Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Psycho-social Studies, or a related field (an MBA degree is preferable)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to travel to all IRC field offices and project sites
- Fluency in spoken and written English and knowledge of local languages
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and representational skills
