Job Responsibilities

  • Producing internal reports with findings and issues identified during reviews
  • Assisting in the development of tools and providing training to specific staff members
  • Conducting compliance reviews/audits at IRC’s Kabul office and field offices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Compliance Officer or in a similar position with an international NGO or UN agency
  • A bachelor’s degree in Law, Psycho-social Studies, or a related field (an MBA degree is preferable)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to travel to all IRC field offices and project sites
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and knowledge of local languages
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and representational skills
  • Support for gender balance and gender orientation
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office package and Internet
