Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa - Nordea is looking for a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join its FATCA/CRS PL SE&DK Team as a Know Your Customer (KYC) Processing Officer.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and independently
  • Well-organized with an analytical mindset
  • Fast learner with a passion for learning
  • Danish native or C1 level language proficiency
  • English language skills on a communicative level (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in customer contact
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Interest in the financial industry
