Implementation of the Strategy
The strategy will be implemented through several key initiatives:
- CERTKiribati, the country’s Computer Emergency Response Team, will play a key role in implementing the strategy. The team will develop a roadmap for capacity building programs related to cybersecurity, identify potential programs, and suggest which ones cover which activity.
- The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Women, Youth, Sport and Social Affairs will work with CERTKiribati to develop a curriculum that includes Cybersecurity training for primary school and high school students.
