To address this pressing issue, RULE, one of Cambodia’s two higher education institutions members of the ASEAN Universities Network, has partnered with the prestigious University of Nantes in France to offer a dual Master’s degree program in Risk Management for Insurance, Banking and Finance.

The 2-year program is designed to develop fundamental professional skills, mindset, and behavior of students. With a focus on strengthening capacities to launch a business or lead a project within an organization, the degree aims to advance students to top management positions. The program is tailored to executives working in banking and financial establishments in Southeast Asia, as well as companies with divisions dealing with finance, credit, insurance, stock market, markets, financial advisers, or advising financial institutions.

Program Structure


The program consists of two semesters, each lasting approximately 6 months. The first semester covers common core courses such as:

The second semester focuses on Risk Management in Insurance, Banking and Finance, with modules covering:
