Glenn Thodé

Former Rector Magnificus of the University of Aruba (2012-2022)

• PhD in Law from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen
• Member of various committees, including:
  • Commissie Toezicht Bescherming Persoonsgegevens BES (Committee for Personal Data Protection)
  • NWO Programmacommissie Caribisch Onderzoek (Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research Caribbean Research Committee)
• Part-time lecturer on criminal law at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen

Elizabeth de Cuba

Member of the Board of Financial Supervision Curaçao and Sint Maarten (2023-present)

• Independent entrepreneur providing services in:

• Former control and methodology leader at Ernst and Young Caribbean Assurance Practice (2017-2022)
