I. Regtech and SupTech Expert (International, 12 Months)

Responsibilities

  • Provide capacity building services on RegTech and SupTech
  • Work with Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader to deliver outputs and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in fintech and/or financial services regulation (preferably 4 years of national experience)
  • Fluency in Mongolian and English (verbal and written skills) is required
  • Experience working in Mongolia is preferred

II. Project Coordinator (National, 8 Person-Months, Intermittent)

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of a technical assistance (TA) project related to fintech regulation
  • Work with international firm, executing and implementing agencies, and ADB to oversee, coordinate, and monitor TA implementation

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in finance, technology, or other relevant field
    • At least 3 years of working experience in project management in Mongolia
    • Familiarity with ADB project administration procedures is a merit
    • Oral and written English and Mongolian proficiency is required

Project Background

The technical assistance (TA) project aims to support the Government of Mongolia in assessing and developing legal and regulatory frameworks for fintech, as well as building capacity in RegTech and SupTech. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the team and executing agencies in this effort.
