Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and investigating compliance by service providers to licence conditions and legislative requirements
- Issuing periodic reports on compliance issues
Requirements for the Position
To fill this critical position, the LCA is seeking a highly qualified individual with:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
- At least three years’ experience in a relevant area
- Experience in the broadcasting sector is an added advantage
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent analytical and methodical skills
- Self-driven and hardworking attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Sesotho (oral and written)
