The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Risk & Compliance Officer based in Conakry, Guinea.

Job Description
The Risk & Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing specialized support in the establishment of risk assessment and risk management activities. The successful candidate will contribute to embedding risk management in planning and decision-making across the office and all aspects of WFP operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring key risk appetite metrics and risk indicators
- Regular updating of risk registers
- Supporting relevant managers in their regular and ad hoc risk assessments

Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to have experience in providing specialized support in the establishment of risk assessment and risk management activities and be interested in humanitarian work. Duration and Location
The position is for an 11-month period with a possibility of extension, based in Conakry, Guinea.
